in the area since 1950s. PG&E has purchased most of the contaminated land.
Today PG&E is using vegetable oil and a sugar found in milk to clean up contaminated ground water.
They also have plans are to remove chromium 6 from ground water. Tests has shown that both vegetable oil and/or lactate converts
chromium 6 to chromium 3 which is harmless. We have the map that shows the area effected by the contamination, so we can help
